About Me

I have personal knowledge about the pages contained within this website. I have approximately 10 years experience with The Ohio State University. My first position was abolished in the College of Engineering so I then transferred to the Department of Physical Education in the College of Education. A year later, an opportunity arose for me to get a promotion so I then moved on to the Department of Psychiatry in the College of Medicine. It was in the Department of Psychiatry that my employment with the shoddy University ended in February of 1997. My job was taken away from me illegally and immorally by a secretary who was having an affair with a doctor working at the OSU Medical Centers. This secretary wrote a fraudulent letter to have me dismissed from the University. I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE. . . I was just one of many people who had lost their jobs because of this woman and her evil doctoral companions.

In 1996, a special problem arose in my family that demanded attention from all family members. As my family gathered from across the states, I was REFUSED Family and Medical Leave time. Then, I was placed under disciplinary action because all the events taking place with me and my family were interferring with work and effecting my job performance.

Reader's Digest September 1999

While working in one of the campus departments, some faculty made false accusations about me to the Director of the department. They gave me a rough time, provoked problems for me, mocked me, created twisted lies about me and always placed me at fault. Sometimes faculty "demanded" things from me that was far beyond my authority to do. I was personally persecuted against and given a very rough time at times because of my faith. Some of these people also wrote things about me on my personnel file that were not true.

For months I tried to recover my employment with the University. During this time, a Human Resources Administrator explained to me that a person who does "not conform" to a departments way of doing things will not fit in and will suffer the consequences. Some departments do not accept free speech, new idea's, or suggestions. Some people do NOT want you think for yourself, or be allowed to offer idea's, or use your brain for anything that might make you look intelligent. If you do these things, then you are considered to be trouble. This way of thinking reflects communism. The University refused to give me a job back because of the lies made against me and because I am a Christian. The University avoided my attorney for several weeks. President at the time, Gordon Gee, also refused to respond to the issue. On another occasion when my attorney and I finally met with a Human Resources Administrator at the Medical Center, this man again stated that he refused to give me a job back based on the accusations made against me. He claimed that I "have a bad reputation with the University." He also commented that OSU was "like a glass house" that there could not possibly be anything illegal or immoral going on. After months of careful research on my part and with my attorney, the conclusion rest that there was a political hate conspiracy between key people at the school to keep me out.

Six months after my termination, I discovered the fraudulent letter written to have me dismissed so I wrote an appeal to the College of Medicine but the University was not interested in the legality of my dismissal and they still refused to give me a job back. I also learned that as a Civil Service employee for the State of Ohio I had a legal right to appeal the University's decision with the State Personnel Board of Review. Hence, I also sent an appeal to the State of Ohio, however the case was dismissed due to time statutes. According to the State Personnel Board of Review, an appeal must be made within ten days of the dismissal. Ironically, the Director of Human Resources for the University stated to me only fifteen minutes after leaving my office when there was NO verbal or written statement of voluntary departure from me that I no longer had a job with the University. She also affirmed that I had " no rights." At the same time, this vicious secretary in Psychiatry was throwing away all of my personal belongings containing my rights to appeal as a Civil Service Employee for the State of Ohio. My boss later stated that my co-workers were informed prior to a meeting that afternoon that I would be leaving my job, and he was given this information after I had left. When I questioned B_ _ _'s secretary about "who" was spreading this lie, she refused to answer and accused me of harassment.

I loved my job in itself. It was challenging. I enjoyed working in an academic atmosphere. I especially liked working with the medical students. And, yes, I delighted in being able to play around with the computers! What I hated was the liberalism/communism, political bureaucracies, lying, cheating, stealing, and oh my. . .cry baby, whining faculty! I personally believe that a person should strive to live a good, moral, honest, God fearing lifestyle. I was raised to live by the Bible scripture that says "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." However, my high morals and standard of living were completely and totally opposed to those practised by The Ohio State University.
