Code of Ethics
A code of ethics are not given or enforced for the entity or employee's.
- Drugs and alcohol are okay.
- Police records are accepted.
- Morality is NOT tolerated.
- If you know or see something unethical going on, keep quiet about it. Don't tell!
- What is a dress code? Anyone may wear (except for some staff) as little as they want regardless of how inappropriate, unprofessional or indecent it may be.
- Anybody regardless of rank or position is authorized to permanently place "untruths" on an employee's personnel file. The employee can do little to dispute.
- Faculty run the college, not the board, not the President or his counsel. Faculty have the power to treat any person in any uncivilized, inhuman behavior they desire. For example, the supervisor who threw chairs at people when she became angry was never dismissed for such unacceptable behavior.
- The faculty are always right; the students are always wrong.
- Alcohol and nightly parties are common practice for OSU football players, students, and some staff and faculty, and many times we tax payers pay for it!
Without God, the golden rule is just a license to sin. John Hagee, June 2009
