Employers and employees are allowed to do anything they want with no consequences. Murder is legal for some. The Constitution is on its' way out and a new world order is being implemented. Keep all of your employee manuals at home! If you keep this stuff in your office then you may find that if the worst happens that your manuals will not be there when you need them. Evil people are clever.
