Proof of Ideological Bias at The Ohio State University-- Department of Political Science
Writer: Pistol Pete | 05 October 2004 | Excerpt from capitalideasblog.com or www.freerepublic.com
Capital Ideas has obtained an analysis of the political affiliations from voter registration records of the faculty of The Ohio State University -- Department of Political Science.
Clearly, there is glaring lack of ideological diversity among the faculty's registered voters: 23 Registered Democrats 4 Registered Republicans.
Of the remaining 22 faculty members with indeterminate political affiliation, my best guess is that the 6 to 1 ratio would hold steady, or increase.
Should this State of Ohio public institution be allowed to continue this discriminatory bias when the general population of Ohio is split near 50/50?
COMING SOON: Capital Ideas will provide analysis of top OSU administrators and other academic units.
