Why people are leaving churches by the droves

The Bible says that we will know genuine Christians by their "fruits" but fruits here has absolutely no connection with how big a church is OR how big some preachers following is OR outward physical manifestations! "Fruits" in this scripture is referring to the fruits of the spirit, (read The Test of a True Christian) while false prophets and false teachers scatter the sheep (Jeremiah 23:1Bible quoteWoe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.Jeremiah 23 verse 1). You will never find Jesus in those big crowds. Read The 9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit.

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Matthew 7:15-20

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. Galatians 5:22-26

If you are having church inside of a building where cult groups meet, or yoga or martial arts classes are, or rock groups, or.... then the building is defiled and cursed and God is not there. The Bible says NO cursed thing is allowed in the holy of holies.

Single Women in the Church

The church generally treats the single, the widowed, the orphans, the lonely, and especially the divorced women pretty terrible. Sometimes to the extent of falsely accusing them of being jezebels while many of the married women are themselves the jezebels who try to manipulate and control everything, gossiping and badgering other women to the point of severely damaging the single woman's reputation. I have even seen many married women who I would count as unfit parents. Married people falsely assume that every single lady is out to find a husband. While the church long ago seemed to be a great place to make friends or meet your mate it is no longer the place to find true Christians. There are many single women who have been mistreated and abused by men. Instead of the church offering love, compassion, help, friendship, and biblical encouragement they wrongfully judge and continue to mistreat and abuse these women.

In today's twisted, ungodly churches these church people do not care if you are married or not. To be married is not what bothers them. Just so long as you have a "live-in partner" of any sort then these sick people will offer more respect.

This new philosophy the church has about single women is not only biblical incorrect, it is an abomination to the Lord. The older married women, according to the Bible, are responsible for mentoring the younger unmarried women (Titus 2:3-5Bible quote(verse 3) The aged women likewise, that [they be] in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

(verse 4) That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

(verse 5) [To be] discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.Titus 2 verses 3-5
). The same should be occurring with the men, but we do not see this happening at all!

If you are a widow or orphan you will not be treated with any kindness, compassion, or tenderness or the way the Bible says the church should. In fact, if a single person looks to the church for help in any way the married church people will sometimes jump at the opportunity to help you out but while they appear to be helping you with a big smile on their faces you will later find out that they have just bamboozled you in some way. Usually they take advantage of you by over-charging you or they may even try far worse things. When the devil has entered the churches confusing and perverting peoples minds any kind of unimaginable horror can happen.

Church Helps

NEVER EVER join a church just to make friends or thinking that these people will be there to help you in any time of need because most likely, if they are a counterfeit church, they will be nice to your face for a time then they will turn on you. If you try to help others and even give things away they will still turn on you like a bunch of undisciplined, selfish spoiled brats. They will chew you up and spit you out like an animal. Unless, of course, you submit to the false doctrines and mind control (the groupthink).

Will God turn me away from heaven if I stop going to church? I believe in Jesus, but I don't get anything out of church and can't see much point in going, to be honest.

No, God won't turn you away from heaven just because you stop going to church - but I hope you won't use this as an excuse to quit. God wants you to have fellowship with other believers, and you will be weakened spiritually if you don't have active contact with His people. Let me explain.

Your letter actually touches on an important question God wants you to understand. It is this: How are we saved? Is it by doing things that please God (including going to church), so He'll reward us for our good behavior and let us into heaven? The Bible says "no"-and the reason is because God demands nothing less than perfection. The Bible says,

This is why we need Christ, for He came to do something we could never do for ourselves. He alone was perfect and without sin-but when He died on the cross, all our sins were placed on Him, and He died in our place. Now God offers us salvation as a free gift-a gift that becomes ours when we trust Christ alone for our salvation and commit our lives to Him. The Bible says,

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

Make sure of your commitment to Christ-and then ask Him to strengthen your faith as you hear His Word preached and as you have fellowship with other Christians. If this isn't possible in your present church, then ask God to lead you to one where it is.
