(verse 28) For I will lay the land most desolate, and the pomp of her strength shall cease; and the mountains of Israel shall be desolate, that none shall pass through.
(verse 29) Then shall they know that I [am] the LORD, when I have laid the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.
(verse 30) Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the LORD.
(verse 31) And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee [as] my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, [but] their heart goeth after their covetousness.
(verse 32) And, lo, thou [art] unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.
(verse 33) And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet hath been among them. Ezekiel 33:28-33

When have you last ever seen a 'steeple' and 'cross' on any church building? Or heard church bells?
They have nearly all been removed.
While watching an end times movie and listening to people call the Christians "haters" my mom said "You know, they're right!" The COUNTERFEIT CHRISTIANS ARE HATERS.
Haters, savages, snakes and vulchers. They prey on people, bait them then murder them.
How does it go? Can't see the trees for the forest? True Christians are the firmly planted trees that appear to be hidden in the forest of apostates and pretenders. The world sees these apostates and pretenders and they believe these people are the real Christians so the world is appalled by what they see.
The apostate church and so many of these televangelists are living double lives. One persona for the camera and in front of most people and the other off camera and behind closed doors.

The world sees these professing Christian people partying, drinking, smoking pot, playing in the occult, shacking up, committing adultery and all sorts of sexual sins and we even sometimes see murder. The world sees and is appalled at what they see. Since most of these preachers, especially those on TBN and so called Christian networks, do not preach about hell or repentance or preparing for the Lord's return, an increasing number of professing Christians are laughing and trying to convince people that there is no hell and no rapture of the church, OR that the rapture is a long ways away. Read Matthew 24:37-39
(verse 37) But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
(verse 38) For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
(verse 39) And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.Matthew 24 verses 37-39 and
Luke 17:26-30(verse 26) And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
(verse 27) They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
(verse 28) Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
(verse 29) But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed [them] all.
(verse 30) Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.Luke 17 verses 26-30.
Seriously, if you are involved in any of the above and you do not feel any "conviction" about it then you need to get with God and get it worked out. Do you really want to take a chance on being in a compromising position when the Lord returns? If you have convinced yourself that there will be no rapture then what if you're wrong? Why would you want to risk that chance?
This ignorance of the Word of God and ungodly behavior should not be going on. The Bible says that we are to be Christ-like (1 John 4:17Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.1 John 4 verse 17).
The CHURCH desires to live like the world, but true Christians should be desiring to live like Jesus Christ and be ye separate from the world (2 Corinthians 6:17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you.2 Corinthians 6 verse 17).
It is not enough to be a "hearer" of the word. You gotta DO IT! A whole lot of people like to throw around the "Do as Jesus would do" cliché but their lives are full of sin and void of love and compassion for others. The teaching from the pulpits today is a vain religion that is built upon the spirit of antichrist.... hypocrisy, selfishness, idolatry, sorcery, etc. James 1:27Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep himself unspotted from the world.James 1 verse 27 says we should keep ourselves "UNSPOTTED" from the world. Stop trying to live like the world and be ye separate.
...For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass... continue reading James 1:20-27(verse 20) For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
(verse 21) Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
(verse 22) But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
(verse 23) For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
(verse 24) For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
(verse 25) But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
(verse 26) If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion [is] vain.

I suppose that if it were not for the fake church then it would be a lot more difficult for the world to desire to come against a loving, peaceful, giving group of people who are sharing the gift of eternal life with them.
Read Matthew 10:14-15(verse 14) And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
(verse 15) Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.Matthew 10 verses 14-15,
Mark 6:11-12(verse 11) And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
(verse 12) And they went out, and preached that men should repent.Mark 6 verses 11-12,
Luke 9:5-6(verse 5) And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.
(verse 6) And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.Luke 9 verses 5-6, and
Luke 10:10-12(verse 10) But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,
(verse 11) Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
(verse 12) But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.Luke 10 verses 10-12. God obviously expected his followers who were sharing the true gospel to encounter difficulties and rejection.
Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as [though] living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations--"Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle," which all concern things which perish with the using--according to the commandments and doctrines of men?
These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed RELIGION, [false] humility, and neglect of the body, [but are] of no value against the indulgence of the flesh. Colossians 2:20-23 (NKJV)(verse 20) Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
(verse 21) (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
(verse 22) Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
(verse 23) Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.Colossians 2 verses 20-23

I remember thinking at the time ‘didn’t Jesus drive from the temple those that bought and sold?’ I had that thought but I quickly put it out of my mind. I reasoned that this was surely different than what Jesus was talking about. It must be different because Bob Tilton was obviously a man of God and he wouldn’t do anything that was contrary to Jesus teaching.
Do you see what I did? I didn’t seek God over this. I didn’t go to the scripture and study for myself. I reasoned. I assumed. I allowed the judgment of a man to override the clear teaching of scripture. Right there I could have made a choice to follow truth as it is revealed in the Bible but I chose my own way, and God allowed me to do it. He allowed me to believe a lie because I refused to love the truth.
…because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. 2 Thessalonians 2:10-11(verse 10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Of course if you had asked me I would have told you that I was saved. You see one Baptist teaching that I did like was once saved always saved. I liked that because it allowed me to justify my sinful life. In fact I actually thought that most people were saved. You see, the Baptist church is real big on altar calls. Every church service I ever attended concluded with an altar call.
