I surrender to God's Holy Spirit and to no other spirit all the places in my life where these sins have been. I ask You, Lord, to baptise me in your Holy Spirit now according to the promises in Your Word. I take to myself the whole armour of God in accordance with Ephesians chapter six, and rejoice in its protection as Jesus surrounds me and fills me with His Holy Spirit. I enthrone You, Lord Jesus, in my heart, for You are my Lord and my Saviour, the source of eternal life. Thank You, Father God, for Your mercy, your forgiveness and Your love, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

Its Deity, the "Great Architect of the Universe," can be worshipped by all men, whether they be Buddhists, Christian, Muslims, or Hindus, without controversy.

Only through Jesus Christ can God be worshipped (John 14:6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.John 14 verse 6; 1 Timothy 2:5For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.1 Timothy 2 verse 5; 1 John 2:22-23(verse 22) Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? (verse 23) Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [[but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also].1 John 2 verses 22-23).

Refuses to acknowledge the unique Godhood of Jesus Christ or that He died for our sins and rose from the dead.

Jesus Christ is truly God Almighty who came in the flesh, died for our sins and rose from the dead (John 1:1-14(verse 1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

(verse 2) The same was in the beginning with God.

(verse 3) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

(verse 4) In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

(verse 5) And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Denies the unique and inerrant character of the Holy Bible as the Word of God by saying that it is no different than any other holy book.

Declares that man can be saved by his own labors without faith in Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.

A person can be saved only by grace, through faith in Christ (Romans 10:9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.Romans 10 verse 9; Ephesians 2:8-9(verse 8) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:

(verse 9) Not of works, lest any man should boast.Ephesians 2 verses 8-9).

Blasphemes the name of God by associating it with pagan fertility gods such as Baal.

Affirms the absolute holiness, separateness, and majesty of God's name (Exodus 20:2-7(verse 2) I [am] the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

(verse 3) Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

(verse 4) Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth:

(verse 5) Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;

Requires that men swear oaths on a Bible in the name of God involving mutilation and murder of human beings.

Forbids the taking of oaths, taking God's name in vain and committing murder (Matthew 5:34-37(verse 34) But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:

(verse 35) Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

(verse 36) Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

Links its members in solemn, spiritual bondage to one another, irrespective of members' religious beliefs.

That forbids me from being unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14-17(verse 14) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

Demands that its members call its leaders titles like "Worshipful Master," and kneel before them.

Therefore, I_________________, as a humble servant of Jesus Christ take a firm stand against the cult of Freemasonry. In the name and by the authority of my Lord Jesus Christ, I break and renounce any vows, oaths, covenants and curses that I have made or others have made for me and my family. I hear and now choose the Living God to love and serve. (1 Kings 18:21And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD [be] God, follow him: but if Baal, [then] follow him. And the people answered him not a word.1 Kings 18 verse 21)
