What does the BIBLE say about Sleep Paralysis

Mom's Nelson Study Bible^† makes notes about the above passages in Genesis. This is also the view of the Jewish scholars. The Hebrew word for 'giants' is 'Nephilim or תפיל.' The NSB says,

Demonic Harassment

Secular psychologists want to brush this phenomenon off on many different things including 'Post Traumatic Stress Disorder' (PTSD), but the truth is that sleep paralysis (or night terrors, demonic visitations) are not normal and are very dangerous. You are not having a dream. This visitation is real. It is a demonic attack on you!

I have myself experienced 'sleep paralysis' a number of times. The number of times is fuzzy to me because I am not really certain when it began. I only remember a couple of times before it stopped. Finally a day came along when I realized that something was happening to me and it was not normal. I told my medical doctor about it. He was a professing Christian man and yet he brushed off what I was telling him. He said it was 'NORMAL' and that I had just not fully awakened. Well, his response troubled me more because I knew that he was wrong. I knew there was some other explanation. Ironically, he also recommended that I read Rebecca Brown's books. This doctor turned out to not be much of a Christian man either. In fact, I call him a murderer. I no longer see this doctor either, and looking back on this I have to wonder if he was one of Satan's "Christian" imposters. Rebecca Brown's books are very good reading. I have come to realize how Satan has planted his people in every sector of society to kill, steal and destroy.

Getting back to the paralysis, I would be asleep and upon awakening would find that I was unable to move. I am not sure if I awakened because of the noise and distraction of hearing someone or something else in the room with me or if I was naturally awakening and then discovered that there was something else with me. I would hear voices but could not understand them because the voices were muffled. I could look around the room only as far as my eyes could go because my head and body were immovable. I would hear footsteps and walking around - doors opening and closing while there was nobody else home with me. It was terrifying. I felt an evil presence but unlike many people's experience with this I never felt anything on top of me or touching me. I believe that the Devil was trying to frighten me but since I learned what was going on, the cause and how to stop them, these attacks STOPPED! They have never happened to me again! You too can make them stop!

Many people who have experienced sleep paralysis say that if they can call on the name of Jesus in their minds that this evil presence leaves them instantly and they are released from the paralysis. When I first began to research this phenonemon it seemed that it was only happening to women, but that is not true. This is not just an attack on women. It is happening to men and women. In order to make this phenonemon stop you must realize that YOU are responsible for making it happen. This means that it is time to CLEAN HOUSE (Psalm 26:2Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.Psalm 26 verse 2, 1 Corinthians 11:28But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of [that] bread, and drink of [that] cup.1 Corinthians 11 verse 28, 2 Corinthians 13:5Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?2 Corinthians 13 verse 5)! Clean out your home of occult paraphrenalia, and clean out your mind, spirit, and life of anything this is an open door to Satan including music, movies, television, entertainment, books, magazines, etc. If you are listening to false prophets or accepting their false prophecies, or if you are involved in or just dabbling with the occult then you are giving Satan the right to mess with you. (See the occult checklist) You have allowed the Devil and his demons to visit you. The pages listed above will offer more detailed information on what can cause sleep paralysis and how to stop it from ever happening to you again, but the biggest point to remember is to ALWAYS CALL ON JESUS even if you are only able to speak His name in your mind. Jesus hears your thoughts and will help you. If you choose to give your life to Jesus Christ then the Lord will provide you with armour against this unseen enemy (Ephesians 6:10-18((verse 10) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

(verse 11) Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

(verse 12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].

(verse 13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

(verse 14) Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

(verse 15) And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

(verse 16) Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

(verse 17) And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

(verse 18) Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;Ephesians 6 verses 10-18).

Now is a good time to refer to the ex-canonical book of Enoch, which has been said to be a part of the original canon of scripture at one time, placed just before the book of Job. I am not certain about the validity of this book of Enoch. I would like to find more proof about this book, but these verses do sound strangely linked with this sleep paralysis.

The study of "extraterrestrials", nephilims, reptilians and what the Bible says about demons having sex with humans (incubus) will help to put this strange puzzle together.

The definition of incubus

The above dictionary definitions of "incubus" are slightly off in that (1) this phenomenon is happening to both men and women, not just women, (2) it is more than just a nightmare, and (3) demons do not have genders. It is a living reality and warning sign that you need to eliminate the SIN in your life and work on your personal relationship with the Lord. If you know that you are a child of God then you need to put on your Ephesians 6 armour and command Satan to get out of your house and out of your life!
